How many Process Builders do I have? (and how to find out)

Three ways to count them:

1. Setup → Process Automation → Process Builder lists processes and their status. Fine for small orgs, but no per-object risk view.
2. Setup → Flows, filtered by Process Type = Workflow: Process Builders are stored as Flows with that process type.
3. Retrieve the metadata (Flow and Workflow types) with the Salesforce CLI or your IDE, then drop the ZIP into the free inventory tool. You get counts per object, objects with several active Process Builders, and Workflow + PB overlap.

Rule of thumb: more than one active Process Builder on an object, or a Process Builder next to an Apex trigger, means migrate that object first.
