Ebook requests and emails. If you request our free ebook PDF we store your email, optional first name, whether you ticked the optional marketing box (with the exact wording and time), and any unsubscribe, in a Google Sheet run by Industrious CRM. If you buy a report we email your private report link to the address PayPal gives us. Emails are sent from support@industriouscrm.com by an automated assistant on our behalf. Quote requests. If you ask for a migration quote we email your name, work email, company, rough automation count and message to support@industriouscrm.com and keep them only to reply and prepare the quote. The marketing box on that form is optional and unticked; we email you about other things only if you tick it.
Newsletter. If you subscribe we store your email, the consent wording you agreed to, the time and the page you signed up on, in a Google Sheet run by Industrious CRM. The consent box is never pre-ticked. Every issue has an unsubscribe link.
Post-purchase estimate emails. After you buy a report we may send one email with an estimated price for us to do the migration, and up to two short follow-ups (about 3 and 10 days later), based on the automation names and counts in your report. They stop as soon as you reply or unsubscribe, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
Visitors in the EU, EEA and UK. We process personal data on these legal bases: performance of a contract (delivering a report you bought), legitimate interests (replying to quote requests, preventing fraud, and the post-purchase estimate emails, which you can opt out of at any time), and consent (optional marketing emails). You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to processing, by emailing support@industriouscrm.com, and you can complain to your local data protection authority. Data may be processed outside your country by our providers (Vercel, PayPal and Google), under their standard contractual safeguards.
Free inventory
Your metadata files are read by JavaScript in your browser. They are not uploaded, and nothing about them is sent to us.
Paid report
When you buy, your browser sends a summary of your automations (object names, automation names and types, active and time-based flags, counts and risk flags), never the files. We store it with the PayPal order and capture IDs and payment status for 90 days so your private link can re-create the report, then it's deleted automatically.
Payments
PayPal processes payment and shares with us the order status, amount and IDs needed to confirm it. Card details are entered only in PayPal's checkout and never reach our servers. See PayPal's privacy statement for how PayPal handles your data.
Anonymous counters
To show honest public stats, the site adds 1 to a counter when a real scan finishes (the sample doesn't count), when a report is purchased and when a report is downloaded. The counter is just a number: no file contents, names, IP addresses or IDs are stored with it.
Reviews
If you leave a review from your private report link, we store your rating, text and optional display name with your purchase reference. Reviews are checked before they're shown; email us to remove yours.
Logs
Our server logs record order IDs, payment status and error codes for troubleshooting. They don't contain your summary, email address or card data.
Cookies
We set no tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser's local storage keeps your private report link on your device. PayPal's checkout may set its own cookies.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel, and purchase records are stored in an Upstash Redis database, both in the United States.
Your rights
Email us to access or delete your purchase record before the 90 days are up.
